🕐 Tuesday 24th June 4:30pm - 8:30pmBook your fitting within advised hours.
Each fitting takes approximately 15–30 minutes.

🕘 9:00 AM – 7:30 PM
Models will be scheduled in 2-3 hour blocks within the 9:00 AM – 7:30 PM timeframe for their collection. Please ensure you are available for the entire day until your specific time slots are confirmed. Arrival and finish times will be provided once collection assignments are finalized.
Models in multiple collections will have extended workshop hours.
Attendance is essential for show planning and stage placement.

Held at Broadbeach Cultural Centre.
Models must be picked up at 3:30 PM to rest and eat before the show.

✔️ Attendance at fittings, workshops, and rehearsals is mandatory.
✔️ Ensure full availability for the workshop day, as it is crucial for stage preparations.
✔️ More details, including collection assignments and fitting bookings, will be provided closer to the date.We have a no parent policy for all Fashion Meets Music workshops and rehearsals to ensure the safety and focus of all participating models. If you wish to be involved, you may apply to volunteer when applications open. A valid Working With Children Check (WWCC) is required. Once applications are reviewed, you will be notified if you have been selected as a volunteer.
All purchases for Fashion Meets Music packages are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges for any reason, including but not limited to changes in availability, scheduling conflicts, or personal circumstances. In the event of unforeseen changes, such as date modifications or venue adjustments, we will make every effort to provide alternative solutions. However, refunds will not be issued.
